Red & Blonde Twisted Decorative Bowl
This twisted decorative wooden bowl is made from locally sourced Red Cedar. The outside grain is buttery blonde sap wood of a cedar with a rich red inside grain (the heart wood). The natural crack in the side was filled with a clear epoxy resin for strength. This piece was finished with a high-gloss spar urethane making it safe from UV rays if you want to display it outdoors, and also moisture resistant.
We measure our pieces at the widest place - which includes the nubby branch knobs. This piece measures approximately 10” x 8.5” x 4” tall.
